NEW CLIENTS PLEASE READ:

All new clients must have a 10-minute free consultation before they can schedule service. This will allow Lashawn, the stylist, to ensure your desired style is achievable. DO NOT BOOK IF you are a new client without a text consultation, your service will be canceled.

Cancellations

We require 24-hour notice for penalty-free cancellation of appointments. 

Clients can cancel appointments by using the website or calling (833) 902-2028.

Clients who cancel or “no show” appointments with less than 24-hour notice WILL BE CHARGED 25% OF THEIR SERVICE FEE/DEPOSIT. 

Late Arrivals

We ask clients to call (833) 902-2028 if they will be late arriving for their scheduled appointment.

If you cannot contact a client within 15 minutes of their appointment, the client will be considered a "no show" and their spot will be reopened and made available. 

No Child(ren)

To preserve the salon experience for all clients, we ask that you not bring your childrento your appointment. If you bring your child(ren), your appointment will be canceled, and you will be charged a cancellation fee.  

Please do not bring any extra people.

Service Refunds

Serenity Salon Suite does not offer monetary refunds on services rendered.

Note: There may be a wait before obtaining your service, as only a limited number of people can be in the salon, no discounts or rebates are given for these waiting times.
